Neat hotel, and the staff were very helpful, location was fantastic to the sea before going to sleep. Liked staying at the standard double room with the overlooking balcony. Location: the venue was short walk to the beach, in the center Unawatuna, the restaurant next doors and bars and restaurants. Btw, it was 200 metres from Unawatuna...

The beachfront location was perfect for our New Year getaway, with stunning views of the ocean and the sound of the waves right outside our room. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the nearby restaurant, which offered a variety of tasty dishes. The room was clean and cozy, providing a warm and rustic atmosphere. we felt it was excellent value for money, with a fantastic location and great service.
The Wi-Fi at the hotel was extremely poor. It hardly worked at all, except for in the evenings when the bar was closed.

The staff were so helpful, they even assisted me in renting a car and arranging my tours. The hotel had a restaurant and free wifi, perfect for a posh lady like me. I also had a great time windsurfing and diving.
Oh, and let's not forget the daily housekeeping service, it was such a hassle not having to clean up after myself. *eye roll*

I had the most amazing stay at a lovely beachfront property in Unawatuna. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking views from the balcony. I could sit there for hours, enjoying the beauty of the bay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with enough space for all my belongings. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan option. The location couldn't have been better, with shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful beachfront experience.

Stayed at Little Villa for 2 nights on our beach getaway. The location is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and people-watching. The friendly manager and waiter made us feel welcome. The dinner at the Black and White restaurant was absolutely worth it, with fresh fish that was delicious. The sun loungers were comfy and exclusive to hotel guests.
Would recommend this hotel.

The view from our balcony was amazing! We were just steps away from the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided us with beach towels. One of the best things about our stay was the location. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. Plus, we were able to easily explore other nearby attractions thanks to the hotel's easy transportation options.
There were some downsides to our stay. The room was quite small and outdated.
